Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer any refunds, in case of any refunds (mentioned Below) we will only issue a STORE CREDIT/WALLET CREDIT which can be used for future purchases from the store. In certain cases where customer doesn’t wants to purchase from the store and  needs money as refund on bank account, admin may approve it into original payment mode only if it is valid request. No Refund or Returns for All Products Under Books.

Once after you receive the shipment, take an Unboxing or opening video to claim Wallet Credit or Refund on below cases. To avoid many fake cases we have taken necessary steps. kindly cooperate with us to give the best service.

  1. The item may be damaged during transit (Rarely happens).
  2. or there might be a manufacturing defect.
  3. or that a wrong item is delivered to you. If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to some reasons ( Might be the product is out of stock or Any Technical Issue) , then we will issue the refund to the customer, which might take 5-7 working days to get transferred. in the above cases we will arrange return shipment, incase of any issue we are not able to arrange, we expect you to send through any reliable postal with proper packing . only in very rare cases.

Return of a product : 

For returns of the product , wrong item or damaged item send, we will arrange return, incase return pickup not available from our side, you must be able to courier it back . We recommend that while shipping an item back, Pack the product in same condition , we can assure the refund once it is received in same condition we sent . If you are shipping back per kg we reimburse Rs.50  only, so kindly try to send back to us through INDIA POST or any reliable courier service.

No return are applicable in any cases that are bought from warehouse clearance sale.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, Books, Flashcards, Stickers, Sheets cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Downloadable Study Materials
  • Some health and personal care items

Notes:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any issues like damage, missing products, etc., Without proper video your queries will not be answered.
  • Already opened package or pause in between will not be accepted.
  • All four sides unopened must be shown in unboxing video.
  • Please keep 3 AA batteries handy to check the working status of battery operated toys during the unboxing video itself.
  • For wooden toys, we do not take any returns and refund choices for natural wood hollows and discoloration on toys/ Only Acceptable if it is broken while in Transit.
  • Refunds/Wallet Credit (Which May have Expiration Usage Date in Some Cases) may be issued without expecting a return of toys, the decision will be taken only by JoyFoy.
